6. CUSTOMER OR USER RESPONSIBILITY

The Customer or the User is the only and exclusive responsible for the use that he makes of the Site, and is obliged to respect the applicable legislation, namely, the Code of Copyright and Related Rights, the Code of Industrial Property and the Law of Computer Crime, as well as acting in good faith and making use of the Site that does not offend any third party rights, namely the right to image, the right to a good name, the right to honour and reserve of private life, as well as in a way that does not constitutes any attack based on race, nationality, ethnic origin, religion, political conviction or sex, which does not constitute defamation, incitement to theft, fraud, violence, terrorism, sadism, prostitution, paedophilia, even if it does not use obscene content , unseemly or pornographic.

The Client or the User undertakes to keep strictly confidential any access codes made available to them in view of their use on the Site, being responsible for any damages or losses they may cause to YellowChapter Unipessoal Lda. or third parties, due to an illegal or incorrect use of the Site, as well as undertaking to inform YellowChapter Unipessoal Lda. immediately of any violations or incorrect uses of which it has become aware.
